Halloween Jam 2003 occured on November 1, 2003. Took a bunch of pictures, but was kinda drunk so I don't really remember everyone's names. Anyway, here they are.

The Contest
As has become tradition, prizes were given out forthe 3 best outfits male and female. 3rd prize winners each received a bucket of candy. The 2nd prize
winnerst received a Stickfas action figure. Both first prize winners received a Namco Plug-n-Play arcade stick.

I was quite pleased with this party contest in particular as the winners of the contests (with the exception of Steph) where all people who had never won a contest before. Despite the fact that I usually fare pretty well in the party contests, I like to see the wealth spread around a bit.
